This is your chance to make an impact and grow with a team that's building something exciting from the ground up.Key Responsibilities:Triage incoming procurement requests and ensure all orders are placed in a timely mannerPartner with allwhere's Procurement Manager and Sales teams to build quote requests and make product recommendations as neededManage additional procurement queues, such as catalog maintenance and buy & hold orders as neededAct as an OEM product knowledge expert, serving as the go-to resource for internal teams on product specifications, compatibility, and availabilityAct as the liaison between our internal teams and vendors when order status updates are requestedMonitor sourcing inbox for critical updates, such as tracking information, and update orders in allwhere platformInput information into allwhere's ERP system (Acumatica) to ensure timely and accurate billing to our customersSupport information gathering when needed to help resolve procurement related escalationsRecognize when a procurement related issue needs to be escalated and raise to the appropriate partyExecute daily procurement workflows and surface ideas for process improvementWork effectively with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization in order to achieve business objectivesQualifications:Bachelor's degreeStrong vendor management skills, attention to detail and ability to multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsData-driven mindsetComfort leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and increase productivityAbility to collaborate effectively with a diverse team in a fast-paced environmentNice to Have:Previous experience in IT, operations, procurement or logisticsExperience with ABM & Autopilot enrollment a plusExperience working with IT OEMs, Value Added Resellers and DistributorsJoin our team at allwhere and contribute to a fast growing operations team in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
