Operations Specialist, Morning Shift

In this role, you will help deploy and retrieve our fleet of shared electric vehicles.

You will support partnerships with cities, battery management operations, and much more. This is an exciting role where you will wear many 'helmets' to support the Lime team.DAY SHIFT: This is a full-time warehouse-based position that requires you to be onsite during your assigned shift. The day shift hours are 5:00am - 1:30pm.

The shift available for this position is Wednesday - Sunday.What You'll Do:Safely operate a van for several hours a day to assist with the deployment and retrieval of Lime electric vehicles within the local marketInteract with the local community to retrieve vehicles critically assessing risk to not compromise safety and occasionally using de escalation skillsAddress and resolve issues with city requests related to stickers, reflectors, and other minor issues as outlined by Lime established service level agreementsMaintain communication with the team including peers, shift lead, and managerParticipate in Lime events including providing support with valet services, assisting in staging and conducting safety reviews while ensuring the cleanliness of our vehiclesSupport battery management operations when applicable by ensuring accurate documentation, safety measures, and quality checks are completedPerform preventative maintenance on our vehicles by identifying and completing small repairs including but not limited to brake adjustments and tire inflation, and assisting with the rotation of scooters and supporting in warehouse flowMonitor designated zones by conducting on-foot patrols of the local area to ensure vehicle parking compliance and tidiness in accordance with city requestsDetect and report uncommon situations related to on the ground service and productOccasionally assist customers in field by providing support related to Lime vehiclesFollow established safety procedures to ensure Lime riders are on the safest vehiclesMay operate a pallet jack or push cart on an as needed basisAdditional job related tasks as assignedAbout You:Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid in-state driver license and clean driving recordExperience in a similar position with knowledge of the local geographyAbility to understand and communicate in English at a level sufficient to follow safety procedures, read and complete required documentation, utilize mobile applications and tools, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.Ability to drive large vans and work outdoors in all weather conditionsAbility to lift up to 65lbs on a frequent basis requiredKnowledge of cell phone applications. iOS experience preferredAbility to work various shifts including evenings and weekendsExperience safely operating a pallet jack or push cartStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform quick and efficient repairsSelf-motivated and the ability to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage daily tasksA safety-oriented mindset, capable of conducting rigorous quality checksExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact with team members, riders, and city officialsWhat We Offer:Comprehensive Health & Wellness: A choice of medical, dental, and vision plans.
