Our client, a Banking company, is looking for a Operations Specialist (Level III) for their Plano, TX location.
Responsibilities:
- The Syndicated and Corporate Lending Group is looking for an Operations Analyst to join their Payment Control Operations Team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day analysis, research and resolution of various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Supporting and administering defined procedures
- Routine analytics
- Creating reports
- Completing exception processing
- Coordinates the implementation of products/services and operational solutions
- May assist in designing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring of new products/services
- Provides guidance to associates within own unit regarding procedural, technical and/or operational changes
Requirements:
- The candidate needs to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, organized, and able to work through large volumes, when needed.
- Fundamental understanding of Microsoft office applications
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Proven ability to work independently, identify opportunities and make recommendations for solutions to improve the business
- Ability to problem solve and resolve complex issues in a timely manner
- Ability to multi-task.
