As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Key Responsibilities: Operations & Food & Beverage:Assist with the day-to-day operations of the facility and F&B outletsSupport inventory management, ordering, receiving, and stock organizationEnsure food safety, sanitation, and company standards are maintainedAssist with opening and closing proceduresMonitor cleanliness and organization of dining, service, and storage areasProvide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries professionallyAssist with event setup, execution, and breakdown as neededCoordinate with team members to ensure efficient daily operationsAdministrative Support:Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document managementAnswer phones, respond to emails, and direct inquiries appropriatelyAssist with scheduling meetings, staff schedules, and calendar managementMaintain operational records, reports, and spreadsheetsSupport payroll, invoicing, and purchasing processes as neededPrepare correspondence, reports, and presentationsAssist management with special projects and administrative tasksMaintain confidential information with professionalism and discretionQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferredPrevious experience in hospitality, food & beverage, operations, customer service, or administrative support preferredStrong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook and general office softwareAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds when necessarySchedule: Open availability required.
Must be available to work days and evenings, weekends (required), and holidays as needed.
