Our client, a leading manufacturer of printing inks and coatings, is seeking an Operations Service Director to lead centralized operational support and excellence initiatives across its network. This person will oversee quality, safety, environment, health, IT services, ERP, systems and PMO. The role will also drive cross‑functional process standardization and operational improvement, as well as establish governance and performance management systems across multiple sites. The ideal candidate has 10 or more years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, a strong understanding of quality, EHS, IT systems, ERP, operational excellence and a proven ability to lead multisite support functions and drive cross‑functional change.
