Operations Research Analyst, Senior
Analyze complex operational problems, develop solutions, and create tools to enhance productivity. Guide a team through research, model building, decision‑making, and reporting. Apply statistical, mathematical, and operational research techniques such as linear programming, simulation, and data analytics.
You Have
- 5+ years of operations research analysis experience
- 1+ years with modeling and simulation for decision problems
- 1+ years in multi‑objective cost‑benefit analysis
- Experience with pandas, R, Excel, VBA, ARENA, Octave, Tableau, Gurobi, CPLEX, ExtendSim, SAS, Netica, Stata, MATLAB, or SPSS
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field

- Training development for operations research techniques
- Stakeholder data requirement gathering

Clearance
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required. Applicants will undergo a security investigation and eligibility check for classified information access.
Compensation
Salary range: $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). This includes health, life, disability, retirement benefits and paid leave.
Identity Statement
Identity verification using biometrics and AI will be required. Interviewees must attend with a camera and may be photographed. Right to retain images for verification.
Candidate AI Usage Policy
AI tools may be used in day‑to‑day work, but are prohibited during interviews unless explicitly allowed.
Work Model
- Remote: occasional on‑site requirements possible.
- Hybrid: expected to work from a Booz Allen facility and may travel to customer sites.
- Onsite: primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility.
