Operational Effectiveness ConsultingTravel Required: Up to 10%Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain SecretWhat You Will Do:Conduct comprehensive baseline assessments of industrial capabilities by analyzing production data, maintenance metrics, and operational risks.Gather, clean, and prepare data from various sources to populate and validate a prioritization tool and analytical models.Help develop a data dictionary, database schemas, and API specifications to ensure the tool is scalable and ready for future expansion.Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and subject matter experts to create a robust, scalable, and defensible system for decision support.Document technical specifications, methodologies, and architectural workflows for the prioritization framework and tool.What You Will Need:Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding.
