Own the operational reliability of assigned processes, tooling, and ground systems within your focus area.
Analyze downtime, delays, scrubs/rollbacks, rework, and nonconformances to identify high‑risk processes and recurring issues.
Lead or support root cause and corrective action investigations, from immediate containment through systemic fixes and verification.
Develop, refine, and standardize procedures, work instructions, checkouts, and maintenance plans to stabilize execution and reduce variability.
Partner with design, manufacturing/integration engineering, GSE, Quality, and Operations to design and implement improvements in process, tooling, and equipment.
Support commissioning and early‑use stabilization of new tools, equipment, and ground systems.
Build simple tracking and visibility tools to monitor reliability performance and guide priorities.
Spend significant time on the floor, pad, or in the field observing operations, engaging with stakeholders, and closing the loop on changes.
