Job Location: West Des Moines, IO (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant legal experience or comparable experience reviewing complex legal-equivalent documentation.
- Experience in loan processing, mortgage servicing, underwriting, legal operations, document review, or financial services operations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage a high-volume work queue and prioritize competing tasks.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate proactive work habits.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to obtain missing information.
- Ability to work efficiently in a time-sensitive environment while following established procedures and regulatory requirements.
