Operations Planner & Configuration Manager

Responsibilities
* Implement and maintain configuration management processes, tools, and infrastructure in alignment with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
* Support the development of the Configuration Management Plan (CMP).
* Develop and use the configuration management database (CMDB) and seek approval from the appropriate government counterpart prior to implementing changes in alignment with the CMP.
Qualifications
* Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
* Minimum of 5+ years of related experience in configuration management and operations planning.
* Active Secret security clearance.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to brief leadership and collaborate with remote teams globally.
* Experience with DoW planning tools, ITIL foundation, ITSM processes.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with ServiceNow, AF Planning and CM tools.
* Experience with configuration management database management.

Compensation
The likely salary range for this position is $107,744 - $124,200.
Work Environment
Scheduled weekly hours: 40 hours per week.
Travel required: Less than 10% of the time.
Telecommuting options: Onsite.
Work location: Eielson AFB, Alaska.
