We're hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.As an early Neros employee, you will get to help decide the direction of our future as an Operations Manager. We are looking for someone to set the tone for operational excellence at Neros through developing systems and processes to ensure that daily operations run without friction.You should be someone who enjoys problem solving and is comfortable managing various tasks within human resources, facilities, IT management and more. This is a high impact role that is both highly strategic and execution focused.Additionally, you will be managing the following areas:Working with outside vendors and counsel to maintain ITAR complianceInternal company tools/software managementManage IT systems and provisioning (until a full time IT person is hired)Manage company payrollMaintain facility cleanliness, organization, and supplies (IT, equipment, desks, snacks, etc.)Organize, track, and manage the logistics of incoming/outgoing hardware, vet/acquire tools to automate these processesManage purchase orders and budget trackingDevelop, implement, and review operational policies and proceduresCoordination of events such as company parties, investor visits, and moreYou should have the following:Two or more years of proven success in an operations management roleStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience with IT administration is greatly preferredHighly organized with proven project management capabilitiesExperience with a wide variety of software and business productivity tools from assessment, contract negotiations, procurement, and implementationKnowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications (Google workspace, MS Word/Excel, accounting & project management tools, Greenhouse ATS, Rippling)Knowledge of ITAR compliance is highly preferredThis is an in person/in office role based in El Segundo, CA$100,000 - $160,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
