Operations Manager – Manufacturing

Revolution Search Group is partnering with an established (industry) manufacturer to hire an Operations Manager with full ownership of site performance: safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people.
What you'll own
- Annual site targets for safety, quality, service, scrap, housekeeping, and manufacturing expense
- $500K+ per year in operational cost improvements through disciplined project execution and budget management
- Production schedule attainment, resource utilization, and downtime reduction
- Capital and maintenance projects delivered on time, on budget, and at expected payback
- HSE compliance and site sustainability initiatives
- Clear, visible KPIs that the floor team understands and owns
Who you'll lead and work with
- Build and develop an accountable, high-performing site team
- Partner daily with planning, purchasing, maintenance, quality, engineering, finance, HR, and commercial
What you bring
- 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing
- Working knowledge of lean tools (Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S), production processes, and quality control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a record of measurable results
- ERP/MRP and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations preferred; experience considered in lieu of a degree
- An energetic, positive leadership style with urgency and follow-through
