Operations Manager - WarehouseA fast-growing third-party logistics (3PL) provider in the Inland Empire is seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a large-scale distribution center serving clients in retail, e-commerce, and consumer goods. This is a key leadership role with hands-on responsibility for workforce management, logistics coordination, and continuous process improvement. You'll lead a team of 40+ associates across multiple shifts, ensuring customer service-level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met while maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, and accuracy.
