Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and execution of all operational tasks and activities across assigned projects and programs.
• Ensuretimelyandaccuratecompletion of all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items and deliverables.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to achieve operationalobjectivesandmaintainhigh standardsof performance.
• Develop, implement, andmonitoroperational processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and compliance.
• Maintain program documentation, schedules, and status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Identifyand mitigate operationalrisks, anddrive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and security requirements.
• Foster strong working relationships with internal teams, government customers, and subcontractors.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, management, or related discipline).
• 10+ years of professional experience inoperations orprogrammanagement.
• Active TS/SCI security clearancerequired.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationrequired.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills in managing large, complex operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CDRL management and government contract deliverables preferred.

Security Clearance Requirement

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $125,100.00 - $225,200.00
