Operations Manager IThis opening is for an Operations Manager I to provide customer solutions Help Desk support for the Content and Event Warehouses. The candidate will be responsible for resolving end user help desk tickets and for escalating issues to Developers. Additional responsibilities include reviewing system logs for errors, responding to user tickets requesting new features or complaints about performance, and educating users and other help desks on how the system works.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph is requiredA bachelor's degree in a technical field is highly desired which will be considered equivalent to two (2) years of experience. A master's degree in a technical field will be considered equivalent to four (4) years of experience.

Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
