This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader who thrives in operations, safety, team development, and client relationships.If you're passionate about building high-performing teams, delivering exceptional service, and helping grow a successful business, we'd love to hear from you.Your Responsibilities Will Include:Lead and manage all Rope Access operations across multiple job sites.Schedule crews, manage equipment, and ensure project readiness.Hire, mentor, and develop top Rope Access professionals.Conduct job site visits to support field teams and maintain quality standards.Promote and enforce a strong safety culture.Review Job Safety Assessments and ensure compliance with company and client safety requirements.Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and inventory.Develop Rope Access procedures, execution plans, and operational documentation.Support estimating, project bids, contracts, and customer agreements.Build and strengthen client relationships while supporting business growth.Collaborate with other PROtect locations to maximize resources and manpower.What We're Looking ForWe're searching for someone who combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills.QualificationsMinimum 4 years of successful Rope Access management experienceStrong knowledge of Rope Access operations and industrial servicesExperience leading teams in industrial environmentsKnowledge of multiple NDT methods is highly preferredExperience with mechanical services such as insulation, coatings, rigging, bolting, welding, or boilermaking is a plusExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license requiredSPRAT and/or IRATA Level III certification preferredHigh School Diploma or GED required (technical training or college coursework preferred)What You'll Love About This OpportunityImmediate opening with an established, growing companyLeadership position with opportunities to make a real impactWork alongside experienced industry professionalsCompetitive salary and benefitsRelocation assistance available for qualified candidatesOpportunity to build and grow a high-performing Rope Access programWork EnvironmentThis role requires approximately 20% travel and participation in an on-call rotation to support emergency response and client needs.
