ProspectBlue is partnering with a well-established construction services company to find a Dispatch & Operations Manager to lead its portable sanitation division. You’d run day-to-day operations and be the main point of contact for customers, from routine service to large events.
What you’ll do:
- Take and schedule orders for delivery, pickup, and servicing
- Plan daily driver routes and work assignments
- Help customers plan for large events and long-term projects
- Provide estimates, coordinate payment, and work with billing on accurate invoicing
- Resolve service issues quickly and professionally
- Coordinate with the shop on truck maintenance and equipment availability
- Supervise and support the department team
- Build customer relationships and pursue new business
- Support roll-off dispatch as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Dispatch, scale house, construction, waste management, logistics, or trucking experience
- Event logistics experience a plus
- Strong customer service, organization, and xzgxqkn leadership skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and dispatch software
