Operations ManagerThe Operations Manager will oversee all operations and staff for building technology projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safe practices across all phases of work.Key responsibilities include:Leading, mentoring, and managing project managers, trades supervisors, and assigned staff.Overseeing operational execution of projects from start to finish.Collaborating with engineering, programming, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and continuous product improvement.Supporting the sale, design, and installation of company products.Analyzing and implementing improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.Monitoring staffing needs, managing schedules, and ensuring adequate team coverage.Providing regular updates and progress reports to senior management.Maintaining a safe, injury-free workplace.Performing other duties as assigned.Requirements and qualifications include:Bachelor's degree required.Minimum 10 years of industry experience with at least 5 years in a management or supervisory role.Strong market knowledge and technical/application expertise.Excellent communication, customer service, and leadership skills.Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities under pressure.Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.Ability to pass pre-employment screenings and travel as needed.Skills and competencies include action-oriented, approachable, business acumen, decision-making, delegation, problem-solving, planning, motivating others, organizational agility, and integrity.This role operates in a professional office or remote home office and may involve periods of stress.
