A fast-paced office needs clear direction, efficient process alignment, and proactive operational leadership. Based in Charlotte, NC, this position oversees day-to-day business operations, team workflows, and performance management for our regional campaigns.
Core Operations Focus
We partner with clients across retail, telecommunications, and consumer services. Our operations team manages the strategic workflows and team execution that keep our regional campaigns fully optimized and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Direct Office Operations: Oversee operational master plans, manage resource budgets, analyze compliance logs, and ensure workplace performance standards are maintained.
- Coordinate Communications: Serve as a primary point of contact for department directors, corporate clients, and venue partners.
- Maintain Operations: Track team output metrics, resolve complex operational bottlenecks, and streamline cross-functional workflows.
- Lead Team Syncs: Facilitate daily management briefings, establish performance targets during morning syncs, and enforce departmental action plans.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in operations management, team leadership, business administration, or logistics management is preferred.
- Strong leadership, strategic problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
