If that sounds like you, we encourage you to continue the application process.ResponsibilitiesOperation Managers are expected to:Execute quarterly goals aligning with the Restaurant's Vision, Core Values, and Business Plan as assigned by the Operation Director's Core ExpectationsMaintain and leverage positive relationships with all Restaurant leaders to achieve resultsMeet weekly or bi-weekly with supervisor: Operation Director (Ops Director)Meet as needed with COS, CFO, and Owner/OperatorAttend and prepare for meetings; lead meetings as neededMaintain proficiency in all stations in the restaurantOversee the effective execution of operations, including but not limited to the issuing and monitoring of required breaks, assigning of personnel in positions, and service to guests.Complete catering orders by the designated time as assigned by the catering managerComplete and submit inventory counts, shift updates, and waste tracking after every shift.Partner with the Training Department to ensure training is completed according to the Training Plan and training updates are being submitted.Participate in EcoSure & Deloitte Walkthroughs as needed.Host EcoSure, Deloitte, and Public Health representatives for official walkthroughsLead and train EcoSure & Deloitte Walkthroughs regularly for other leadersConduct EcoSure & Deloitte Walkthroughs regularlyPerform regular maintenance to up-keep quality, cleanliness, and efficiency of equipment and facilities.Cover Team Member positions as needed.Monitor the metrics of the Restaurant (e.g.
AHA, Transaction Count, SOS, Sales/Refunds, CEM Scores, Labor/Productivity, Food Cost, Food Safety Scores, etc.)Emphasize the importance of the LCE (Lean Chicken Entree) iPad System to monitor expected food volumes and reduce food waste.Partner with Ops Director to identify and develop Team Members from Prospect to Pipeline to build sustainable growth and succession of leadershipParticipate in Disciplinary Action procedures, including Culture Alignments, Corrective Actions, and other HR procedures as assigned.Create, maintain, and innovate organizational systems to improve job performance, employee satisfaction and engagement, and operational effectiveness as they relate to the Restaurant.Complete other duties as assigned by the Ops Director.Culture ExpectationsAll Team Members are responsible for embodying our Commitment to Care and our Core Values.
