Responsibilities include performance monitoring, budgeting support, KPI reporting, and ensuring compliance with clinical, safety, and privacy standards. You’ll partner closely with surgeons, practice leaders, and support teams, leveraging modern technology, training, and best practices to scale quality surgical care and support ongoing growth.
