We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a growing manufacturer in Middlesex County, New Jersey.

This individual will oversee production, drive operational improvements, and ensure the facility consistently meets its safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead daily manufacturing and production operations
• Manage, coach, and develop production supervisors and team members
• Monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, labor efficiency, scrap, and productivity
• Improve performance through Lean manufacturing and continuous-improvement initiatives
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements
• Support capacity planning, scheduling, and on-time delivery
Ideal background:
• 7+ years of manufacturing operations experience
• Leadership experience within a highly xzgxqkn regulated manufacturing environment
• Experience in aerospace, defense, medical devices, electronics, or a similar industry is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Proven success improving operational performance and developing teams
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
