Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead and optimize a multi-facility manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, improving productivity, and ensuring the successful delivery of quality products to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities across multiple departments.
- Drive operational performance, efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and operational metrics.
- Develop and mentor leaders while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and customer requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and profitability.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in an operations leadership role.
- Background in capital equipment, automation, or complex manufacturing environments preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to lead in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.
