This role provides strategic and hand-on leadership across production, maintenance, quality, and materials to support customer requirements and continuous improvement initiatives in compliance with customer quality standards. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in plastic injection molding environment.• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, tooling materials (resins), and automation. • Proven leadership of high-volume, multi-shift operations.
