Lime has powered more than one billion rides in close to 30 countries across five continents, spurring a new generation of clean alternatives to car ownership.As the Operations Manager for Los Angeles, you will be the on-site leader responsible for the end-to-end success of Lime's operations. You will oversee all warehouse activities, including team management, vehicle repairs and maintenance, spare parts logistics, and process optimization. This role requires someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, can manage large teams of mechanics and leads, and uses data-driven insights to drive efficiency, safety, and fleet reliability.

You will be accountable for building strong operational processes that set the foundation for Lime's long-term success in the market.This is a warehouse-based position that requires an onsite presence during assigned business hours.What You'll Do:Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and staff across multiple shifts. This includes managing workforce schedules (including temps), resolving attendance and timesheet discrepancies, and planning staffing needs.Ensure high fleet availability and reliability by monitoring repair output, mechanic performance, and quality standards.Set clear KPIs for mechanic productivity and efficiency; provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action where needed.Oversee ordering, tracking, auditing, and usage of spare parts and tools; ensure accurate parts assignment and availability.Implement and enforce safety protocols, PPE standards, and workplace compliance requirements; spearhead local safety initiatives.Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and processes to maximize efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.Work closely with fleet operations, logistics, government relations, and product teams to ensure smooth coordination and compliance with regulations.Analyze warehouse data, repair output, and performance metrics to identify trends, drive improvements, and control costs.Manage warehouse-focused initiatives such as Backlog Reduction Plans, Tool Management, PPE Standardization, and Fleet Refurbishment Projects.About You:4+ years of experience in operations management, industrial & systems engineering, logistics, transportation, supply chain, data analytics or a related field.Strong data analysis skills: intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.Experience managing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to execution.Knowledge of how a P&L functionsAbility to understand metrics and KPIs and the levers to pull to drive resultsComfortable with working on site and in a warehouse environmentAnalytically minded with a strong understanding of real-time marketplaces (supply and demand economics) and the ability to navigate, decode, and use data to build compelling narratives and reports.Ability to thrive in a hands-on, problem-solving environment with a high degree of self-direction.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent verbal and written English language skillsSQL or business intelligence tools experienceFamiliarity with city regulations and compliance frameworks in mobility, transportation, or related industriesU.S. Based Position - What We Offer:A choice of medical, dental, and vision plans.
