Operations Manager – Field Clinical OperationsThe Operations Manager – Field Clinical Operations is responsible for overseeing all Field Clinical Coordinators (FCCs) nationwide while remaining actively involved in field execution. This is a hands-on leadership role that includes training FCCs, supporting device installations, troubleshooting issues, and working directly with Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) across the U.S. Extensive travel is required.Field Team LeadershipManage, coach, and support FCCs across the U.S.Lead onboarding and training of new FCC hiresConduct regular field visits and provide performance feedbackAct as escalation point for complex operational or customer issuesInstallation, Training & Field SupportLead and support RPM device installations, setup, and validationTrain nurses and care teams on device usage, workflows, and best practicesTroubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues in the fieldEnsure devices are properly maintained and updatedOperational Planning & CoordinationPlan and coordinate installation schedules, travel, and logisticsSupport device inventory, shipping, and deployment trackingEnsure efficient use of field resources across multiple facilitiesCompliance & QualityEnsure HIPAA, safety, and infection-control standards are followedMaintain accurate documentation of installations and service activitiesProvide feedback to product, engineering, and leadership teamsCustomer EngagementWork directly with SNF administrators, nursing leadership, and maintenance teamsSupport long-term relationships with customer sitesQualificationsCNA, Paramedic, or Medical Assistant (MA) certification (at least one required)3–5+ years' experience in clinical operations, medical devices, or healthcare technologyExperience in SNFs or long-term care strongly preferredValid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively nationwideStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsBenefitsCompetitive salaryPaid holidaysTravel reimbursement
