We are partnering with a well-established industrial products organization serving commercial, manufacturing, construction, and fabrication customers throughout the Gulf Coast region. With a strong reputation for service, reliability, and operational excellence, we are seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day facility operations while driving continuous improvement, safety, and employee development.

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for overseeing operations, logistics, inventory flow, equipment utilization, workforce management, and customer service performance across a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations leadership experience within an industrial, manufacturing, metals, steel, scrap, recycling, building materials, construction materials, pipe, heavy equipment, or related environment
• Experience managing warehouse, yard, distribution, logistics, or production operations
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to develop and manage teams
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
• Comfortable working in a hands-on industrial environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment operations
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, productivity metrics, and operational reporting
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant industry experience
