At CNC Oilfield Services, we're looking for an experienced Operations Manager who thrives on leading people, improving processes, and delivering results. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for guiding the performance, growth, and continuous improvement of all company divisions, including Trucking, Torque & Test, Mixing, Construction, Containment, and our Mechanic Shop.
Working closely with the CEO and CFO, you'll help transform strategic goals into operational success. From overseeing daily operations to developing future leaders, you'll play a key role in ensuring our teams, resources, and systems are aligned to support safety, profitability, service excellence, and long-term growth.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership & Organizational Management
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all company divisions, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement strategies that support growth, efficiency, and market competitiveness.
- Lead and support division managers while providing oversight for a workforce of 150+ employees.
- Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Establish organizational priorities and ensure departments work together toward shared goals.
Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations across Trucking, Torque & Test, Mixing, Construction, Containment, and the Mechanic Shop.
- Ensure operational processes are efficient, standardized, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and performance enhancement.
- Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and performance standards.
- Coordinate personnel, equipment, and resources to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Monitor operational metrics to ensure customer expectations and contractual obligations are consistently met.
Leadership & Team Development
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to division managers and leadership teams.
- Develop future leaders through succession planning and professional development.
- Promote collaboration and effective communication across all departments.
- Support workforce planning, performance management, and productivity initiatives.
- Address operational and personnel challenges with fairness, consistency, and professionalism.
Financial Oversight & Business Performance
- Partner with the CEO and CFO to support profitability, sales performance, and cash flow objectives.
- Oversee operational budgets and monitor financial performance across divisions.
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Assist with business growth initiatives, acquisitions, and expansion opportunities.
Growth, Innovation & Business Development
- Identify opportunities to expand services and improve operational capabilities.
- Develop strategies that support scalability, efficiency, and long‑term growth.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Support business development efforts by ensuring operational readiness for new customers and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Compliance & Safety Leadership
- Champion a strong culture of safety across all divisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain adherence to oilfield safety requirements, DOT/FMCSA regulations, and operational safety standards.
- Partner closely with safety personnel to address risks, incidents, and corrective actions.
- Ensure employees and managers remain trained, informed, and accountable for safe work practices.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations or executive‑level management
- Oilfield services experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing trucking operations
- Construction, industrial, or field service experience is a plus
- Proven success leading large teams and multiple operational divisions
