Operations Manager

Position OverviewThe Operations Manager  is responsible for leading field-based technical teams and optimizing the people, processes, and day-to-day operations that drive successful service delivery. This role partners closely with branch leadership to improve operational efficiency, support revenue growth, and ensure high-quality execution across systems integration and managed services.As a key member of the branch management team, the Operations Manager provides leadership and oversight of technical operations, with a strong focus on team performance, resource management, process improvement, and operational execution.
