The position is in South Denver, CO and will be a Hybrid work model. This individual will serve as the right hand person to the CEO. About the position:
Special Projects-Develop project plans
Research and evaluate vendors, tools and potential solutions.
Business Planning
Supporting Board & Investors-Preparing materials, establishing timelines, developing presentations, coordinating the meetings
Requirements:
- 4 + years of professional experience in business operations, project management, consulting, corporate strategy, private equity/portfolio operations or another high-growth environment.
- Exceptional organization and project-management ability.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen and comfort with operating metrics, business plans and executive reporting.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills and comfort learning new technology and project-management tools.
- Experience working with senior executives and confidential information.
- Exposure to M&A, Board processes or PE-backed businesses is preferred.
