MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS MANAGER- onsite
Hobson Associates is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead daily plant operations, drive continuous improvement, and develop high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production, assembly, purchasing, planning, and logistics.
- Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
- Lead supervisors and develop operational teams.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, KPIs, and accountability.
- Manage production schedules and resolve quality issues.
- Work directly with senior leadership and UK-based ownership.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven manufacturing leadership experience, strong operational and Lean expertise, and a hands-on management style.
