Corrosion ManagerOur client is looking for an experienced and driven Corrosion Manager to lead and expand our Corrosion/Cathodic Protection (CP) division. This senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing all operational, technical, financial, and personnel functions associated with corrosion compliance services across multiple states.The Corrosion Manager will provide strategic leadership while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and profitable division growth. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in cathodic protection systems along with proven experience managing field operations, teams, and service-based business performance.This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively balance field credibility, operational discipline, financial accountability, and customer relationship management to build and maintain a high-performing regional corrosion services division.Operational LeadershipLead daily operations of the Corrosion/CP division across multiple states and service territoriesOversee scheduling, resource allocation, field execution, and operational efficiencyDevelop and implement standardized operating procedures and best practicesEnsure all projects and inspections are completed safely, accurately, and on scheduleMonitor field productivity, quality control, and service performance metricsMaintain and oversee company-issued equipment, tools, and service vehiclesQualificationsExperience in corrosion control, cathodic protection, or related industriesLeadership experience managing field operations and personnelStrong knowledge of corrosion testing and CP systemsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft OfficeValid driver's license and clean driving recordRequired:AMPP/NACE Cathodic Protection certification (CP2 or higher preferred) OR equivalent advanced STI certification5+ years of experience in cathodic protection compliance testing and corrosion services3+ years of leadership or personnel management experienceStrong working knowledge of UST systems, corrosion compliance, and multi-state regulatory environmentsExperience managing operational budgets, labor utilization, or division-level financial performanceStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including ExcelValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordAbility to pass background checks and drug screening requirements Benefits: Company Vehicle, 401K, Life Insurance, AFLAC, certifications, PARTIAL relocation assistance
