What You’ll Do
- Manage daily operations across warehouse, shipping/receiving, delivery, and counter sales
- Lead, schedule, and develop a team of approximately 20 employees
- Own inventory accuracy, fleet/delivery efficiency, and counter service levels
- Build and refine operational processes to improve throughput and reduce waste
- Use sales data and analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities at the branch level
- Partner with the sales team on pricing, stock strategy, and customer service standards
- Maintain and grow relationships with contractor accounts, including on-site visits when needed
- Enforce safety standards and DOT compliance for delivery operations
- Report on branch performance and recommend improvements to leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in concrete, construction materials, or building supply operations strongly preferred
- Prior experience managing a team of 15+ across multiple functions (warehouse, delivery, counter)
- Comfortable working with sales analytics and reporting to drive decisions
- Track record of building or improving operational processes
- Existing relationships with contractors in the concrete/construction space a plus
- Strong communicator who can lead from the floor, not just from an office
- Valid driver’s license; ability to pass a background check and drug screen
