Ridgemont Resources is seeking a qualified Operations Manager for a highly respected and growing compounding pharmacy. This independently-owned pharmacy is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation. With new executive leadership in place and a clear vision for the future, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help modernize operations, improve efficiencies, and build scalable processes.

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operational activities across the pharmacy
- Improve workflow, productivity, and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement scalable processes and SOPs
- Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous process improvement
- Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to ensure exceptional customer service and operational performance
- Lead, coach, and develop operational staff
- Support growth initiatives and future expansion
Qualifications
- Operations leadership experience in healthcare, pharmacy, manufacturing, distribution, or another highly regulated environment
- Strong process improvement and project management skills
- Experience leading teams through change
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement experience is a plus
