Manager, OperationsThe Manager, Operations is responsible for executing core operational processes across client accounts, ensuring delivery excellence, financial accuracy, and adherence to standardized workflows. This role partners cross-functionally with Strategy, Investment, Finance, and Client teams to manage timelines, reporting, and operational execution.ResponsibilitiesProject & Delivery Management· Own project management and timeline tracking across multiple workstreams· Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and accurately· Manage competing priorities and escalate risks proactivelyFinancial Operations & Reporting· Support financial reporting, budget tracking, and billing reconciliation· Ensure accuracy across systems· Partner with Finance and offshore teams on reconciliation and QAProcess Execution & Optimization· Execute and enforce standardized operational processes and best practices· Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements· Support implementation of new workflows, tools, and automationCross-Functional Coordination· Act as key point of coordination across Strategy, Investment, Finance, and Client teams· Ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and dependencies· Communicate risks and issues clearly to stakeholdersSystems & Data Management· Provide support and oversight of operational systems and tools· Ensure data accuracy and compliance across platforms· Assist with system troubleshooting and user supportQualifications· Strong attention to detail and accuracy· Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously· Strong organizational and time management skills· Analytical mindset with comfort working in data-heavy environments· Strong communication skills· Collaborative and solution-oriented· 1–3 years experience in operations, finance, project management, or data analysis· Experience in media, marketing, consulting, or similar environment preferred· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field· Proficiency in Excel and operational systemsAdditional InformationOur Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
