This role partners cross-functionally with Strategy, Investment, Finance, and Client teams to manage timelines, reporting, and operational execution.ResponsibilitiesProject & Delivery ManagementOwn project management and timeline tracking across multiple workstreamsEnsure all deliverables are completed on time and accuratelyManage competing priorities and escalate risks proactivelyFinancial Operations & ReportingSupport financial reporting, budget tracking, and billing reconciliationEnsure accuracy across systemsPartner with Finance and offshore teams on reconciliation and QAProcess Execution & OptimizationExecute and enforce standardized operational processes and best practicesIdentify inefficiencies and recommend process improvementsSupport implementation of new workflows, tools, and automationCross-Functional CoordinationAct as key point of coordination across Strategy, Investment, Finance, and Client teamsEnsure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and dependenciesCommunicate risks and issues clearly to stakeholdersSystems & Data ManagementProvide support and oversight of operational systems and toolsEnsure data accuracy and compliance across platformsAssist with system troubleshooting and user supportQualificationsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyStrong organizational and time management skillsAnalytical mindset with comfort working in data-heavy environmentsStrong communication skillsCollaborative and solution-oriented1–3 years experience in operations, finance, project management, or data analysisExperience in media, marketing, consulting, or similar environment preferredBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fieldProficiency in Excel and operational systemsAdditional InformationOur Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.

Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
