Operations Manager

Operations ManagerFleetLogix, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to support our operational efforts during the launch of new locations, seasonal volume spikes, and short-term staffing gaps. This is a hands-on role requiring frequent travel (at least 60%) to support site operations across multiple regions.

When not traveling, the Operations Manager will assist the Regional Director with local account management and recruiting initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, operational insight, and the flexibility to travel on short notice and for extended periods.What You'll Do:Provide on-site operational support at new and existing locationsTravel to various locations up to at least 50% of the time (including extended stays)Lead and coach frontline teams: interviewing, hiring, training, and managing performanceAct as a liaison between FleetLogix, local teams, and clientsEnsure safety compliance and proper team conduct at all timesUse our FleetLogix portal to monitor productivity and accountabilityIdentify top performers for internal growth opportunitiesAssist with recruiting, onboarding, and training when not travelingEnsure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and internal policiesWhat We're Looking For:2–5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership roleStrong communication, organizational, and customer service skillsExperience in operations or the rental car industry a plusAbility to travel frequently and stay on location as neededProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Applicant must meet our minimum hiring age (21), have a valid state issued Driver's License with satisfactory driving record.At least 4 years of qualified driving experienceMust pass background check, drug screening, and driver safety testHigh school diploma or GED strongly preferred; college degree is a plusPhysical Requirements:Ability to move in/out of vehicles throughout the dayStand, walk, bend, kneel, or crouch for extended periodsWalk long distances (100+ yards multiple times per day)Occasionally lift up to 50 lbsTravel by plane or vehicleCompensation and Benefits:Compensation commensurate with education and experience.Health benefits available the first of the month after 60 days of full-time employment.A company culture that promotes teamwork, safety, and career growth.
