This person will drive operational excellence by overseeing our production and warehouse departments, managing inventory, and scheduling, and maintaining a safe workplace for all employees. Our ideal candidate has past operational management experience in a production facility.As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the production and shipping/receiving departments, forecasting, overseeing Greenscapes supervisory staff.Responsibilities/Duties:Manage shipping and production employeesEstablish a shipping, receiving, and production schedule dailyEstablish inbound/outbound logistics dailyCoordinate with Corporate purchasing team for material planningsMonitor and report material and packaging inventory for the operationDirect supervision of employeesAdditional duties may be requiredQualifications:Proven successful warehouse and production management or supervisory experienceAdequate computer skills for ticket printing, inventory tracking, shipping reporting, and employee time reportingMust be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- or comparable systemsMust be able to manage multiple locationsMust be able to travel between locationsMath skills for production calculationsExcellent communication skillsIf you are eager to take on this exciting opportunity we encourage you to apply.
