This is your opportunity to move beyond plant operations and lead teams, drive performance, and make a real impact in water and wastewater management.We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager who knows the ins and outs of plant operations and is passionate about developing people, improving processes, and delivering dependable service.What You'll DoAs an Operations Manager, you'll be the leader behind the operation, ensuring everything runs safely, efficiently, and in compliance:Lead and develop a team of operators – hiring, coaching, mentoring, and growing the next generation of talentOversee daily operations & maintenance of water and wastewater facilitiesEnsure compliance with SOPs, OSHA, DOT, and regulatory standardsConduct site visits, partner with maintenance teams, and keep equipment and systems running at peak performanceManage budgets, equipment, and capital planning for trucks, tools, and infrastructureTrack performance, produce reports, and drive continuous improvementCollaborate with leadership and account managers to keep operations aligned and successfulWhat Makes You a Great FitYou're likely already a Supervisor or Lead Operator who:Has 5+ years in wastewater operationBrings hands-on plant experience and leadership abilityHolds highest level Louisiana wastewater operator certification (CDL a plus)Understands compliance, reporting, and regulatory requirementsThrives in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving and teamwork matterYour Leadership StyleYou're someone who:Leads from the front and supports your teamCommunicates clearly—even in high-pressure situationsBalances safety, quality, and efficiency every daySees the big picture while managing day-to-day operationsIs ready to step into a higher-impact leadership roleWhat to ExpectThis is not a desk-only role.
