Operations ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily landscape construction operations. This role is responsible for managing crews, driving project execution, supporting field leadership, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate has a strong background in landscape construction operations, team leadership, and high-end project execution.Primary ResponsibilitiesOversee daily landscape construction operations, including scheduling crews, equipment, materials, and subcontractorsManage multiple landscape construction projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitabilityWork closely with project managers, foremen, and field teams to support successful project executionMonitor labor productivity, project timelines, and operational performance metricsConduct regular job site visits to ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and client satisfactionAssist with project planning, staffing, logistics, and resource allocationCollaborate with estimating and sales teams during project handoff and pre-construction planningSupport hiring, onboarding, training, and development of field staff and crew leadersMaintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams throughout project lifecyclesIdentify and resolve operational issues proactively to minimize delays and maintain project momentumEnsure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and safety proceduresAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control efforts across construction operationsSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project executionQualifications5+ years of experience in landscape construction operations, project management, or field leadershipStrong understanding of landscape construction methods, site work, grading, drainage, hardscaping, planting, irrigation, and related construction practicesExperience managing crews, schedules, subcontractors, and multiple concurrent projectsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and construction documentsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProven ability to manage deadlines and perform effectively in a fast-paced environmentExperience with budgeting, labor management, and operational planning preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel and construction/project management software preferredValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordBenefits401k with Company MatchHealthDentalVisionLife InsurancePTO and Company Holidays
