Role Overview
Mercor is recruiting General and Operations Managers to work on a research project for one of the world’s top AI companies. This project involves using your professional experience to design questions related to your occupation as a General and Operations Manager.
This opportunity is shared as part of a referral program.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop questions related to your occupation as a General and Operations Manager.
- Work fully asynchronously and manage your own schedule.
- Commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week (work load varies week-to-week).
- Participate in the project through its anticipated duration through the end of 2025, possibly longer.
- Use a desktop or laptop computer; chromebook computers are not accepted.
Qualifications
- 4+ full-time work experience as a General and Operations Manager.
- Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
- Ability to commit to the required hours and deliver timely results.
Compensation & Status
- Industry-standard compensation based on your background and geographic location.
- Weekly payouts via Stripe Connect based on logged hours.
- Contractor classification, at-will.
- Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
