Operations Management Subject Matter Expert (Location Negotiable)ProSidian Consulting seeks an Operations Management Subject Matter Expert to support and participate in a project supporting government agency focusing on Financial Crimes. The Operations Management Subject Matter Expert plays an integral role by effectively participating in day to day operations and by offering quality service and excellence in the administration provided for the government agency focusing on Financial Crimes.Project Location: CONUS with specific emphasis on Consulting & Strategic Resourcing in Vienna, VA. The selected candidate should either hold or be able to attain a Secret Clearance which would be facilitated by ProSidian consulting.The duties of this position include performing a broad range of advance skills and expertise in the Federal sector: responsibilities may include but are not limited to: expertise reviewing or managing Federal Government management programs, including human resources, facilities management, budget and finance, acquisitions, training, information management, etc.This Office (government agency focusing on Financial Crimes) is responsible for the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the Financial Services Management of the Department.

The Financial Services Management (FSM) is responsible for providing leadership, guidance and expertise in all areas related to management of the Department's Financial Services, including analyzing information about financial transactions in order to combat domestic and international money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes.Job duties are as follows:Review incoming materials that may impact Governmental agency management programs, including regulations, policies, guidelines, and advisory materials;Assess the potential impact of existing and proposed regulatory considerations, approvals required by main Treasury and controlling organizations;Brief management and executive staff on the manner in which these materials may impact Governmental agency;Prepare documents describing and summarizing the manner in which the Governmental agency customers will be impacted, the resources required, the impact on existing policies and new or amended policies that will be required, and customize these documents for the particular concerns and interests of a variety of audiences;Keep Governmental agency management and executive staff apprised of program activities and advise on current and potential issues or concerns; andPrepare Governmental agency management and executive staff for issues that may arise and on strategies for dealing with sensitive issues, and recommend courses of action, detailing the elements involved.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business / Operations ManagementMinimum of Seven (7) years' experience in Business / Operations ManagementUnderstanding and familiarity with industry best practicesAbility to manage multiple projects, balancing priorities and demands from the clientAbility to define programs, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsExcellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to juggle multiple prioritiesExcellent oral and written presentation and communication skillsStrong analytical and research skillsExperience with Microsoft Office Suite
