- Background in hospitality consulting, hotel operations, or related leadership roles is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple client engagements, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with performance metrics, budgeting, and revenue management in hospitality is a plus.
