Operations Leader for Homeless Services (Full-Time)

The Bowery Residents' Committee (BRC) seeks a facilities operations lead to oversee daily activities and safety at our NYC shelter facility. You will supervise staff, implement procedures, and ensure 24/7 coverage while coordinating supplies and responding to emergencies.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma (BA preferred) with 3+ years supervising residential staff; strong communication and readiness for certification in Fire Safety and CPR, with bilingual abilities a plus.
