Managing the InCommand Operations team, the full-time Operations Lead will oversee daily operations, implement onboarding projects for new customers and sites, and ensure the team's processes are documented and current, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage the InCommand Operations team, setting priorities, coaching engineers, and conducting performance reviews Lead the onboarding process for new customers and sites, coordinating implementation projects from kickoff to go-live Utilize AI tools and automation to enhance data validation workflows and support daily operations for Serverfarm sites and customers Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in data center operations, including 2+ years in a management role overseeing engineers or technicians Proven experience leading end-to-end projects, coordinating with internal teams and external customers Familiarity with SCADA systems and ability to interpret data center construction documents Strong data skills, including advanced Excel, Power Query, SQL, and structured data formats Experience using AI tools for data extraction and validation, with the ability to communicate technical findings effectively
