The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:What You Will Do:Attend department meetings, manage actions and conduct follow-up with ownersReview the Open Order Book and continually update/add any new PN to our Plant SiteAssist in driving PRA'sRun X-Charts to identify issuesReview the BOM and Material Status HoldsHelp facility Work Transfer discussionsReview Contract Holds on Customer Orders and work with team to resolveEnsure orders are level loaded if Plant sites indicate current schedule cannot be supportedManage action items and drive to closureWhat You Will Bring:BS or BA Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Technical related field with 2-3 years' experience preferredMinimum AS degree with 5+ years of production support experience or equivalentProficiency with Microsoft Office tools is required (Minimum intermediate level with Excel)Experience with SAP, or other MRP system, strongly preferredSelf-motivated and very detail orientedExcellent project management skills are highly preferredCitizenship Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, you must be a US CitizenPay Range: $78K - $80KCompensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.Work Requirements: This role is considered 100% on-site position in Rockford, ILL. You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
