Owning the daily operations of a regulated trading environment, the full-time Operations Lead - FCM Licensed will manage trade lifecycle processes, reconciliations, and customer account operations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee end-to-end trade flow, ensuring accurate trade capture, booking, and daily clearing processes Conduct daily reconciliations for trades, positions, margins, and cash, resolving any discrepancies Manage customer funds operations, including deposit and withdrawal flows, while ensuring compliance with regulatory controls Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in futures and clearing operations Hands-on experience with trade execution, clearing, settlement, and reporting In-depth knowledge of FCM obligations and customer funds segregation Strong process design skills and experience in writing operational procedures Data fluency in SQL or advanced Excel for collaboration with engineering teams
