Operations Director - Battleground, WA or Tacoma, WA

$145,000 - $155,000 base + 10-15%bonus

We are hiring on behalf of our client - a growing Ameriprise-affiliated wealth management firm based in Washington State - and this one is worth your attention.

The opportunity:

This firm manages approximately $1 billion in AUM across seven Pacific Northwest offices. They run on EOS. They are scaling fast. And they need an Operations Director to own the department, build the infrastructure, and hold the standard.

This is not a maintenance role. It is a builder's role.

What you will own:

• The full Operations department: Client Service, Client Administration, and Financial Planning
• Compliance monitoring, documentation, and remediation
• Client experience standards across all offices
• Merger and acquisition integration from handoff through completion
• Process design, rollout, and adoption- end to end
• CRM administration, data integrity, and scorecard production
• Coaching and developing section managers and running performance reviews
• Capacity planning and org structure for a growing, distributed team

• A proven operations leader with multi-team or multi-site experience
• Someone with a genuine growth mindset who is energized by building, not just maintaining
• Strong process design and systems thinking skills
• A direct communicator who can coach, hold accountability, and receive feedback with resilience
• Bachelor's degree required; financial services experience is a plus, not a requirement

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base: $145,000- $155,000
• Bonus: 10-15%potential
