Operations Director – Packaging & Print Production

SGX Graphics, part of Propelis Group, seeks an Operations Director to lead talent, production, quality, and EH&S at the site. You will partner with senior leaders to implement strategy, manage budgets, and drive performance while ensuring safety and efficiency.

You will oversee SOPs, cross-functional collaboration across Prepress, Manufacturing, Sales, Account Management, and Project Management, and coach a high-performing management team to achieve company objectives.
