Operations LeaderThe Operations Leader will assist in the management of all warehouse/production/assembly functions to ensure consistent and efficient receipt, manufacture, assembly, storage, and shipment of product. Oversees warehouse operations, assembly, maintenance/engineering, and customer service. Reports to CEOIdeal Experience:Experience maintaining a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing team membersHands-on experience overseeing the operations of high-quality products to meet customer requirementsExperience scheduling work assignments and job duties and monitoring progressExperience identifying root cause/bottlenecks to improve processes, quality of products and increase production efficienciesDemonstrate his/her ability to grow into increasing levels of responsibility and be considered a strong successor candidate within the functional organizationMinimum Qualification:Bachelor's degree OR, equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered.Minimum of 5+ years operations leadership experience, including experience supervising a team in manufacturing, logistics, or assembly environment.
